I am a member at allstar fitness club in West Seattle.
I usually go about 3-4 times a week.
On weekends, I ride my bike on Alki or different
trails around the Seattle area.
I also like playing Tennis and soccer!

In order to pass the Seattle Police
Fitness physical test I need to be able
to :

1-Do a 300 meter run sprint in max
71 seconds
2-A maximum of 35 push ups
3-Do 38 Sit ups in less than 60
seconds
4-Run 1.5 Miles less than 14.31mn
